Some useful information:

Road Traffic Safety Act Article 114 stipulates that vehicles must be fitted with winter equipment and winter tires between the 15th of November and 15th of March. Experts recommend the replacement of tires by the end of October or at the beginning of November when temperatures drop below 7 degrees Celsius.
